Before filing any lawsuit, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, governmental actions, or failures of third-party service providers.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement
